Karen  Murphy

Karen Murphy was raised in the Bay Area, graduated from Stanford and received an MBA from UC Berkeley. Before entering real estate she practiced as a CPA with Arthur Anderson & Co. and served two terms on the Orinda Union School District Board. She has lived in Lamorinda since 1983 with her husband, Tim, and their two grown sons, Ben and Brian. Karen has been active in many facets of the community including serving on the boards of Parents Clubs, Educational Foundation of Orinda and Friends of the Orinda Library. Like the other Village Associates agents, Karen was formerly with Solomon Wilmington & Associates and specializes in the Lamorinda area.
